Princeton Management - Mathew B. Lester - Chief Executive Officer Matthew B. Lester graduated from the University of Michigan in 1987 with a bachelor degree in history and from the University of Southern California in 1990 with a law degree. After graduation, Mr. Lester joined the law firm of Jaffe, Raitt, Heuer & Weiss, P.C. and developed a successful litigation and real estate practice. While engaged in the practice of law, Mr. Lester initiated his real estate investment career and made his first successful acquisition. In 1994, Mr. Lester founded Princeton Enterprises, L.L.C., a privately held real estate investment company that owns and operates a portfolio of commercial, medical and multifamily assets located in several states throughout the Midwest. Mr. Lester and his various partners have acquired over 100 properties, specializing in adding value to multi-family communities that have been poorly operated or managed. As chief executive officer of Princeton, Mr. Lester oversees the entire company and is responsible for the fiscal operation of each property in the portfolio. Mr. Lester is involved in every aspect of the daily operation of property management and employs an experienced and talented staff responsible for executing his strategic vision for the company.

Nancy Lutfy

Princeton Management - Nancy Lutfy Nancy Lutfy is a graduate of the University of Detroit and a twenty-year property management veteran with experience in every facet of property management operations including leasing, marketing, maintenance, insurance and finance. Ms. Lutfy began her career with Princeton in 1995 and has been instrumental in the growth of the company. Ms. Lutfy is responsible for administrative operations of the company, including property management, personnel, insurance, and vendor relationships.

Franz Herbert

Princeton Management - Franz Herbert Franz M. Herbert graduated with a Bachelor Degree in History from the University of Michigan in 1992 and received his law degree in 1995 from the University of Michigan. Mr. Herbert is a member of the bar in good standing in the states of Colorado and Michigan. While in law school, he made his first real estate acquisition of a multifamily property. Mr. Herbert has been investing in and managing real estate with Mr. Lester since 2004 with primary responsibility for acquisitions, finance and receivership assignments.

Connie Boguth

Princeton Management - Connie Boguth Connie Boguth is a graduate of Oakland College with over forty years of financial accounting and reporting for real estate investments. Ms. Boguth joined Princeton in 1998 and has over seen the growth of the accounting department. She is responsible for all aspects of financial accounting for the company including: financial reporting; tax preparation; loan servicing; and information technology.

Terri Krasicky

Princeton Management - Terri Krasicky Terri Krasicky joined Princeton in 2015 following eleven years as Controller for Gershenson Realty and Investment. Terri graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Wayne State University in 1990. Terri earned her CPA license as a Senior Associate at PWC (formerly Coopers and Lybrand), where she was involved in all aspects of audit assurance services for clients in the Automotive and Real Estate industries, both publicly traded and privately held. Terri is responsible for overseeing the day to day accounting functions, monthly and annual financial reporting and compliance for the company’s real estate entities.

MoniqueMcCamant Monique McCamant, CPA, CGMA graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration in 1988. She worked as a public accountant for 10 years and became a Certified Public Accountant during that time. Ms. McCamant joined Princeton as the Assistant Controller in 1998. She oversees the accounting department and assists with the financial reporting, including payroll and benefit accounting, and tax preparation.

Karlene Lehman

Princeton Management - Karlene Lehman Karlene Lehman joined Princeton in 2012 with twenty-years experience in multi-family development, asset management, market analysis, acquisition/dispossession, and property management operations experience. She is a recognized sales and fair housing trainer. Ms. Lehman sits on the Apartment Association Board and is actively involved in apartment-related legislation. Ms. Lehman is responsible for operations management and insurance litigation coordination.

Princeton Management - Kathy Berger Kathy Berger graduated from Madonna University with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration in 2006 and completed her education by obtaining a Master Degree in Business Administration with an Advanced Certificate in Human Resources in 2009. Ms. Berger joined Princeton as the Director of Human Resources in 2005, where she is responsible for all aspects of employee relations including: human resources, benefits, payroll, and overseeing the day-to-day personnel management in the corporate office as well as in the field.

Princeton Management - Stefany Freeman - Vice President of Legal Services Stefany L. Freeman graduated from the University of Michigan in 1984 with a bachelor degree in English and from the University of Denver with a law degree in 1987. Ms. Freeman is a member of the bar in good standing in the states of Michigan and Colorado. After law school, she specialized in litigation and practiced for several years with the Detroit law firm of Miller, Canfield, Paddock and Stone. Ms. Freeman has held the position of corporate counsel for Princeton Enterprises since 2000, overseeing a growing landlord/tenant and collections practice.

Princeton Management - Carolyn Cohen - Corporate Consul Carolyn R. Cohen graduated from the Washington University in St. Louis in 1989 with a bachelor degree in psychology and a minor in business and from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law with a law degree in 1995. Ms. Cohen is a member of the bar in good standing in the state of Michigan. After law school, she worked as an Assistant Attorney General in the insurance and banking division for the State of Michigan and as in-house counsel for a mortgage company. Ms. Cohen has worked as in-house counsel for Princeton Enterprises since 2010, assisting in its landlord/tenant, bankruptcy and collection matters.

Smith joined Princeton in 2015 after spending twelve years specializing in litigation with the Detroit law firm of Blake, Kirchner, Symonds, Larson, Kennedy & Smith. Mr. Smith graduated from the University of Michigan in 1999 with a bachelor degree in Political Science and from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2002 with a law degree. Mr. Smith is a member of the bar in good standing in the state of Michigan. Mr. Smith has been named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers and a Top Young Lawyer by Dbusiness. Mr. Smith is Princeton’s insurance litigation coordinator and is the newest member of the in-house, general litigation team.

Princeton Management - Michele Dreer Michele Dreer currently attends Macomb Community College working towards a degree specializing in Business and Marketing. Ms. Dreer had twenty years of professional property management experience prior to joining Princeton in 2008. She has extensive experience in property maintenance and marketing, leasing and management, and corporate communications including: press relations; tenant relations; property advertising; and marketing strategies.

Princeton Management - Fabio Giske - Director of Facilities Management Fabio Giske graduated from Escola Politecnica de Pernambuco in 2000 with a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering and has a thesis pending toward a Master Degree in Financial Administration at Universidade de Pernambuco. Mr. Giske is a licensed builder and holds licensing in real estate, lead inspection and risk assessment. He is also certified in numerous construction and management specialties including mold inspection and remediation. Mr. Giske joined Princeton in 2006 with over twenty years of experience in construction, facilities management and key vendor relationships.

Princeton Management - Ashley Adelman - Director of Special Projects Ashley Adelman graduated from the University of Michigan in 1996 with a Bachelor Degree in Communications and continued her education at Wayne State University graduating in 1998 with a Master Degree in Information and Library Science as well as a Master Degree in Teaching. Mrs. Adelman obtained her Real Estate License in 2000 before joining Princeton as the Director of Special Projects in 2006. Currently Mrs. Adelman is responsible for company-wide restoration, renovation and design projects focusing on the revitalization of Princeton’s Detroit properties.

Princeton Management - Rachelle Ortwine - Executive Administrative Assistant Rachelle Ortwine began her employment with Princeton in 2000 as a receptionist and expanded her knowledge and responsibilities into property management and landlord tenant collections. Ms. Ortwine advanced into the position of Executive Administrative Assistant to Mr. Lester in 2003, where she assists him with his books, calendars, correspondence and other daily responsibilities. Ms. Ortwine additionally manages and oversees the organization’s Orchard Lake storage facility.
