The transaction closed on October 30, 2015. The deal was brokered by Louis Ciotti of Landmark Investment Sales on behalf of seller N & B Johnson Properties, L.L.C.
35 South is a new construction luxury apartment community that was purchased near the completion of the rebuild and is set to be leased up at the beginning of 2016 when all construction will be finished. The property consists of 58 one and two bedroom apartments and one penthouse.
