Princeton closed on Covington Apartments January 9, 2014 with the assistance of Al Beachum and JJ Zwada from Income Property Organization who brokered the deal on behalf of a private seller.
Covington Apartments is an 86 unit multifamily community that offers spscious one bedroom apartment homes with locked foyer entries and two and three bedroom townhomes with private entries. Each apartment and townhome feature air conditioning, updated kitchens and bathrooms, large closets and a private patio or balcony. The community provides on-site laundry facilities, abundant parking, and 24 hour emergency maintenance service.
Covington is located minutes from Eastern Michigan University and is close to I-94 and Route 23 making it convenient to reach local dining, shopping and entertainment venues. The property is only a short distance from the Ypsilanti Heritage Festival, the Huron River, Frog Island Park, and Riverside Park, which features fishing and cycling trails.
