Bloomfield Hills, Mich., February 14, 2012 — Princeton Enterprises, a privately held real estate investment company based in Bloomfield Hills, Mich. is pleased to announce the purchase of the Embassy West Apartments, a multifamily apartment community located in Waterford, Mich.

Princeton Enterprises closed on the 88 unit property on January 12, 2012. Gordon Navarre of Marcus and Millichap’s Detroit office brokered the transaction on behalf of a private seller.

Embassy West Apartments is centrally located in Oakland County and is surrounded by some of the most recognized Metro Parks, lakes, and recreational areas in the region. Situated just off M-59, Embassy West is minutes from I-75, I-23, and M-24, and just a short drive to Great Lakes Crossing outlet mall, Canterbury Village, Alpine Valley Ski Resort, DTE Music Theatre, Palace of Auburn Hills, and the Oakland County International Airport.
