Princeton Enterprises Acquires Kelly Square Apartments

ORCHARD LAKE, Mich., Mar. 10, 2009 — Princeton Enterprises, a privately held real estate investment company based in Orchard Lake, Mich. is pleased to announce the purchase of Kelly Square Apartments, a 104 unit multifamily apartment community located in Roseville, Mich.

Kelly Square was purchased through a private party sale on March 6, 2009. Financing for the transaction was provided by Bank of America.

The property offers one and two bedroom garden style apartments with walk-thru kitchens, air conditioning, spacious closets, extra storage, locked foyer entries, and carports. The grounds feature a beautiful courtyard complete with flowering trees and a recreational deck that is perfect for socializing, grilling or simply relaxing.
