Princeton purchased Orleans East Apartments, a 114 unit multifamily apartment community on March 10, 2014 from a private seller.
The formerly Orleans East was renamed The Palms East Apartments and offers one and two bedroom conventional and loft style apartment homes. All apartments include walk in closets, air conditioning, dishwasher, in-unit apartment monitoring system, and private patios or balconies. Loft apartments feature one and one-half bathrooms and a skylight. The community offers laundry facilities in every building, 24 hour emergency maintenance service, and an outdoor swimming pool.The Palms East is conveniently located near freeways I-75 and I-375 allowing for easy transportion around the city and suburbs. Surrounded on three sides by Lafayette Central Park and the increasingly popular Dequindre Cut Greenway Trail, The Palms East is also a short distance from Jefferson Avenue, downtown Detroit, William J.
